Uploading Proof of Vaccination

Make sure your vaccination record is uploaded correctly by following these simple steps.

Note: Some organizations may require for you to provide evidence of vaccination, whereas some may only require an attestation. This varies depending on your location, company policies and legal requirements. A screenshot of both options is shown below.


Step by Step

  1. Sign in to your Safeter Account
  2. If prompted, please create a new password
  3. Complete your details as required



  4. Read the consent form, and then type your name to agree and check the box to accept the terms and conditions



  5. Press Continue



  6. Select Health Log



  7. Select the I got vaccinated for COVID-19 option


  8. Complete your vaccination records as required




    Note: Some organizations may require for you to provide evidence of vaccination, whereas some may only require an attestation. This varies depending on your location, company policies and legal requirements.

     

  9. You are able to confirm your vaccination records are submitted by the green i symbol on the right hand side, once completed.


Note: Some organizations may require a manual review and approval of your vaccination details before you are permitted to attend the office. Please contact your Safeter administrator for more details.
